Kitchen Mastery
Our Story
We Cook It
the Way It Should Be.
"Kin Kao" — in Thai, it simply means eat rice. But for us, it means something bigger: a commitment to the food we grew up cooking, without compromise, without sweetening it down for the American palate.
After spending nine years inside a Thai kitchen and building this truck from the ground up, every dish on our menu is the same thing you'd eat on the streets of Bangkok, Chiang Mai, or any Thai family dinner table. Bold spice. Complex aromatics. Nothing watered down.
Utah deserves more than Americanized Thai food. If you've traveled to Thailand and couldn't find that taste when you came home — you've found your truck.
"กิน ข้าว — Kin Kao. It's not just a name. It's an invitation to eat the way Thai people actually eat."
